Bert's vegetable soup (no meat)

Ingredients
1/2 head of fresh cabbage1 cup raw carrots2/5 raw celery stalks1 can Hunt's 100% natural Diced Tomatoes1 cup raw cauliflower1/2 pkg. fresh spinach1 cup fresh broccoli 1/2 cup diced onion6 cups water1 tbsp. salt1/2 tbsp. blk. pepper1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb Seasoning blend
Directions
put water in stock pot, add all ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer approximately 2 hrs.
