Southwest White Chili

Ingredients
1 T. olive oil1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes1/4 c. chopped onion2. c. chicken broth1- 9 oz. can chopped green chiles2 cans white beans2 green onions, slicedSpice Blend:1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. oregano leaves1/2 tsp. cilantro leaves1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan over med-high heat. Add chicken and onions; Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in broth, green chiles and spice blend. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in beans; simmer 5 minutes. Top with green onions. Garnish with shredded cheese.
