"Creamy" Broccoli/Cauliflower/Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 tblsp olive oil1 large yellow onion20 oz. cubed butternut squash1 head cauliflower1 bunch broccoli32 oz low sodium chicken broth3 slices turkey baconfresh or dried thymefresh or dried parsleysaltpepperOptional: red pepper flakes
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil. Add cubed butternut squash, roughly chopped cauliflower and broccoli. Add chicken broth and simmer til vegetables are tender. Take off heat and use immersion blender to puree ingredients. Add turkey bacon and fresh or dried herbs, salt and pepper. Ready to serve.
