1 1/2 cups white wheat flour1/2 cup of cornmeal1/4 cup of splenda1 tblsp baking power1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup skim milk2 eggs beaten4 Tbls Brummel yogurt butter spread
Mix all the ingredients well. Put in greased loaf pan (I use pam cooking butter spray) at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until lightly golden on corners.
