Cindy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
Macaroni, whole-wheat, 2 cup elbow shaped Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 grams (remove)*Milk, 2%, 3 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to boil
Add noodles, reduce heat to Med, cook until tender
While noodles are cooking grate cheeses
Drain off water
Put heat on simmer/Med
Add milk and cream cheese stir slowly till crm chees is melted
Add other 2 cheeses until melted

Opional fresh chopped garlic, spicy peppers can be added to tasted
