Spaghetti Garden Salad - Chilled

Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti1 cup diced bell pepper1 cup celery chopped1 lg Roma tomato finely diced1/2 sm onion finely diced1 sm can of Mushroom stems and Pieces (6.5oz can)1 tsp Mrs.Dash Tomato-Basil-Garlic seasoningfreshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Spaghetti can be left as is, or you can chop it into smaller pieces. Dice all fresh ingredients and add to spaghetti. Stir gently. Add seasonings and let stand a bit .. or longer.

No dressing has been added to help salad to hold longer, and people can choose their own. I plan on having 3oz of shrimp on top of mine, adding the extra calories for any additions.

    I make this all the time, with double the fresh veggies - red, green and orange peppers, cucumbers, sliced plum tomatoes, red onion and radishes, with black olives and fresh parmesan cheese. the more veggies the merrier. - 5/31/17
