Spicy Peanut Glaze

Ingredients
3 Tbsp PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation3 Tbsp water 1/4 cup Orange Juice1/4 cup Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce,1 Tbsp Cider or Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp Brown Sugar1/2 tsp Ginger, ground1 Tbsp Sriracha Asian Chili Sauce
Directions
This sauce goes great with chicken and fish - especially good with grilled salmon. I also mix this with a 1/4 cup cooked pasta, some grilled chicken strips and sugar snap peas for an awesome lunch! Calories and fat are cut significantly by using PB2 powdered peanut butter. And it is JUST as yummy!

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
