Shrimp Pad Thai

Ingredients
* Rice Noodles, 4 cup (remove) * Shrimp, raw, 20 oz (remove) * *Canola Oil,1 tbsp (remove) * *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 2 serving 5 sliced green onions * Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai Sauce, 12 tbsp (remove) * *Bean sprouts, 1.5 cup (remove) * Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove) * Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup (remove) * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove) * crushed red pepper, to taste
Directions
Prepare noodles as directed and set aside. It hot wok, heat 1 tsp. oil and scramble egg. Set aside. Add 1 more tsp. oil to wok and stir fry shrimp. Add green for a minute. Add drained noodles and sauce. Heat. Add egg, peanuts, bean sprouts, cilantro and lime juice. Heat thouroughly. Season with crushed red pepper.
