2 1/2 cups raw noodles (combination of spiral and small shells),3 eggs hard boiled and chopped,1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1 cup sliced celery, 1/4 cup diced sweet pickles, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion,2/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese cubed, 5 oz lean ham steak, salt and pepper to taste,4 tbsp. Miracle Whip Light salad dressing, and paprika.
1. Cook, drain and rinse macaroni
2. Combine macaroni, eggs, pickles, onions,
peppers and cheese.
3. Season to taste.
4. Add Miracle Whip and toss lightly.
5. Garnish with paprika
