Savory Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
CarrotsOnionMushroomsCeleryPine Nuts (or nut of your choice)ParsleyWhole Wheat FlourNutritional YeastBread crumbsWaterSaltCayenne PepperBlack Pepper
Directions
Chop mushrooms and saute in dry pan to dehydrate. Meanwhile, in a food processor, chop carrots, onion, celery and pine nuts until desired consistency is reached. Add remaining ingredients once mushrooms are finished. Blend just until mushrooms are diced and breadcrumbs are mixed in.

Form into patties and cook on a lightly oiled pan for 5 minutes on each side.

    I change wheat flour for cooked millet quite often, cannot have it, the millet is sticky and if more needed I put a tsp of psyllium husks in mix too - lovely elasticity without gluten. - 3/26/15
