Chia Seed - 40 grams (remove)Boiling water, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Propel Fitness Water, Grape, for 12 oz.
Start the water boiling in a tea kettle. Measure out the chia seeds. Mix the boiled water into the chia, and stir.
As it cools and thickens, you can add the Propel grape flavor.
Stir until thick and cooled, then spread on scones or whatever you like.
Serving Size: 4 1/4c portions for spreading on scones
