Blueberry Yogurt Parfait for One

Ingredients
1 - 6 oz container 0% fat Greek Yogurt (90-100 cal)1/2 cup fresh blueberries1/2 tablespoon Honey6 roasted almonds, crushed
Directions
Put yogurt in serving bowl. Wash and dry the blueberries and place on top the yogurt. Drizzle the honey over the berries. Top with Crushed Almonds.
