Ham and Cheese Bake

Ingredients
3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup finely diced ham1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese6 large eggs, lightly beaten1 cup skim milk (half & half if desired)1. Place hash browns in a sprayed 13 x 9 glass cake dish. Bake 20 minutes at 400 deg. Remove from oven and reduce temp. to 350 deg. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over potatoes, then the ham and then the Monterey Jack cheese.2. In small mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk and flour. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 35 - 40 minutes or until center is set. Makes 4 servings.
