Cream of Asparagus soup

1 tbs olive oil1 tsp butter1/2 lg onion1 bunch of Asparagus ( chopped)3-4 celery (chopped)6 cups of chicken broth (I used homemade)1/2 LemonDill1/4 Cup cream S&P to taste
Heat pot with oil/butter. Add onion until soft 3-4 mins, add celery or leaks and asparagus until soften 5-8 mins. Add garlic 1 min, add broth. simmer 30 mins. Use hand puree or pour 2 cups at a time in blender to puree. (carefull) if you fill it to high it will explode)
Pour back into pot add half of a lemon (juice only) and dills. Add cream and reheat 5mins
