Thought I would try this for supper, it was ok. The mango orange sauce has a good flavor but the chicken didn't have much flavor even though i cut it up in strips and put it right in the sauce. If I make it again I may try it with fish instead... - 4/9/10

Children liked it and thought it was nice to have a unique way of making chicken, so I guess you can say this was kid approved. :) I thought it was nice but not something I'd want to make again soon. - 4/5/10

This was delicious. I want to double the sauce next time. Plus after the chicken is cooked, I want to cut it up into bite size pieces and put them back into the sauce to finish along with the sauce. - 1/10/09

I happened to have all of these ingredients on hand tonight, the mango is frozen but I thawed it and it tasted like a little bit of fresh island air in these Utah mountains of snow!! Nicely done Amy!! - 12/8/08
