Simple yogurt dressing

125 ml of low-fat plain yogurt (a single serving tub)1 tbsp of mayonaise1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp of dijon mustard (optional)8 - 10 drops of worscheshire sauce (optional)salt & pepper to taste (careful with salt if already using worsceshire)1 tsp mixed dried herbs (provencal or italian etc)
Put it all in a bowl and wisk together. Refridgerate up to 1 week or so.
The dressing tends to thicken in the fridge, so just thin with a bit of milk or use as dip for a veggie platter
