Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 small 2 tsp Lemon juiceDijon Mustard, 2 tspSweet & Low 1 packetTomato Paste, 2 tspWhite Vinegar, 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce, Lee & Perrin's, 2 tsp150ml water
Directions
Dry Fry onions or use a squirt of non stick spray and then use a little water to sautee

Add the remainer of the ingredients and simmer for 10mminutes
