Protein Quinoa Upma

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa1/3 cup Green peas1/2 cup Edamame1/2 cup Red Kidney Beans1 tsp Canola Oil1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Cumin seeds2 Red chillies1 Bullion cube1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, few curry leaves and once they start spluttering, add green peas, edamame, red kidney beans and fry for a second. Wash Quinoa and add to the pan and add 2 cups water and add salt, vegetable bullion and cook until the quinoa is done.
