I added some garlic salt, freshly ground pepper, and paprika to the panko crumbs before putting them on the chicken. Very crunchy AND tasty! Easy, too! Super recipe! - 5/10/08

This an excellent recipe and is a repeat at my family dinner table. Even the pickiest of my eaters enjoy it. I cook it a little longer to make it crispy and add a little paprika, garlic powder or Old Bay to the breading to jazz it up. - 3/7/15

Loved it! I added a little parmesan/romano cheese to the breading as well as basil, thyme, and some crushed red pepper. It gave it a little kick - very nice with some marinara for dipping, too! - 5/11/10

Good-a little plain...I added a few different spices to the panko to make it pop. - 5/2/10

panko makes for great crunch, but adds little flavor. i generally add italian seasoning and sea salt to the breads crumbs. also, cutting the chicken breasts into strips makes for more satisfying crispiness. - 5/3/09

I substituted Egg Beaters for the eggs...the finished product by itself did have the distinct flavor of cooked eggs, which wasn't great. Also, it didn't brown at all. But I served it with a sweet chili lime dipping sauce and it was amazing. My whole family loved it! - 3/3/09

I added some milk to the egg white. Then I added garlic powder and onion flakes to the panko crumbs. It was really good, the whole family really enjoyed it. - 2/10/09

I added a couple of tablesppons of hidden valley dressing mix and it really tasted good. I would do this recipe again, but I would do chicken fingers. - 12/31/08

I used Egg Beaters for the egg whites and misted some olive oil on top before baking. I did need to broil for a few minutes just to brown the top. Served it with the Sticky Chicken Sauce (SP). Wonderful - 10/22/07
