Fat Free Whole Grain Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients
1/2 cup each: white flour and whole wheat flour1/c cup oatmeal (not instant)2 tbsp. ground flax seed1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)1 tbsp. liquid honey1 egg1 cup milk1 cup blueberries (wild are best)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, applesauce, honey and milk and beat until well combined. Stir in blueberries.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray and pour in 3/4 cup of batter. Cook until done.

Serving Size: makes 5 6" waffles
