Health Nut Protein Energy Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup flax (ground)1/2 dried apricots4 medjool dates, chopped and pitted1/2 cup almonds3 tbsp. soy protein powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor and process until the nuts are fairly finely ground and the mixture forms a ball when pressed together. Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan and let set for 5 minutes. Remove from loaf pan and cut into 8 pieces. Enjoy.
