Whole Wheat Lemon Poppyseed Muffins EASY!

Ingredients
Lemon and Poppyseed muffin mix( Fat Free - Dr Oetker)- 220g pkg( this pkg makes 6 muffins)1 cup whole wheat Four1 cup Water 2 tablespoons/1/8 cup Lemon juice2 egg whites2 tsp Poppyseeds1/2 tsp /2ml Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven 425 F /220 C
spray muffin tins ( or paper tcups if desired)
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, mix together with wooden spoon, then add dry ingredients and stir till combined ( don't over mix)
Makes 12 muffins

Bake in oven 17 - 19 min
cool on racks.

note: If you have spare time , soak the poppyseeds in the water for a few min before combining the wet and dry ingredients. I don't bother!
