Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms2 T flourgarlic1 can cream of mushroom soup1 c sour cream (5%)1 cup cheddar, shredded
Directions
brown beef and mushrooms. Add flour and cook 5 min. Add soup and sour cream, blend and cook 5 min. Add cheese and stir to melt
Serve over egg noodles
