Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
2.5 C white flour (I use unbleached)1.5 C whole wheat flour2.5 tsp yeast1.5 C water2.5 Tbsp honey2.0 Tbsp butter2.0 (scant) tsp. salt
Directions
I put flour and yeast in bread maker. In small pot, I warm up the water just enough to dissolve salt and stir in honey and butter. When warm, NOT HOT, I add to the flour and turn on bread machine. I just watch to make sure it mixes, giving it a stir or two if needed. I just use the dough cycle and then put it into two loaf pans and let rise about 45- 60 minutes. Then bake in the oven until golden.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves of (12 slices for each loaf)
