1. Stir all ingredients in bowl till mixed
2. Use hands when to hard to stir
3. Chill in fridge 1 hr
4. once chilled, roll in to 1" balls can be put in 11x7 baking dish and cut in to 16 individual servings.
5. leave naked or roll in optional items(ground flax seed, mini chic chips, cocoa powder
6.store in airtight container and store in fridge up to one week.
