Ingredients
1/4 cup Salted Butter1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil12 oz Atlantic Salmon
Directions
Combine the thawed out salmon, butter and extra virgin olive oil in a baking dish and covered with foil. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with a vegetable side dish of your choice.
