Ingredients
4 Almonds4 Cashew nut4 Pistachio Nuts1tspn fennel Seeds3/4 cup Semi Skimmed Milk1/4 Cup Water1 pod Cardamom seeds powderedGranulated Sugar 1 tspn (or as per taste)1 tspn Rose Water (optional)
Directions
Soak almonds, cashews, Pistachio overnight and separately soak the fennel seeds.

Grind the fennel seeds with the 1/4 water. Then sieve them to get the fragrant water. Then grind this water with the almonds, cashews, pistachios, sugar and the cardamom powder into a fine paste. Add the cold milk and mix everything in a blender. Pour into a glass/ cup and add the rose water to this (optional)
