Gouda and Bacon Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
2 cups shredded gouda cheese1.5 cups half and half4 eggs4 slices bacon1 small onion diced1/3 red pepper dicedfresh or dried basil to tastedash of nutmegsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut and saute bacon, diced onion, red pepper and basil until tender; whisk together half and half, eggs salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spray pie dish with non-stick spray; put in all ingredients; Bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes.
