Stir-fry Salad

Ingredients
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil2 teaspoons Soy Sauce1 teaspoon Sugar1 Clementine1 cup Mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup Onions1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers1 cup Asparagus1/2 Tofu, firm2 cups Romaine Lettuce or Spinach1 Tomato, sliced
Directions
cook mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, asparagus, and tofu in 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil.

While that's cooking, mix juice from clementine, sugar, and remaining soy sauce and sesame seed oil. Mix dressing with stir-fried veggies and pour over salad and sliced tomatoes.
