1 cup 1/8 inch sliced sweet potatoes 2 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Slice sweet potatoes into 1/8 slices. Place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with oil and salt and mix thoroughly.
Place slices in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
