6 eggs1 c. swiss cheese, shredded1 c. sharp cheddar, shredded1 c. croutons2 tbsp. minced garlic2 tbsp. butter1 c. mushroom, sliced1 can asparagus, drained1 c. broccoli1 c. zuccini1/3 c. milk2/3 c. diced ham
Spray bottom and sides of a glass 9 x 13 pan. Cook mushroom, zuccini and garlic in 2 Tbsp butter, drain and pat dry.
Cook broccoli either in boiling water or steamer, drain and pat dry.
In large bowl combine eggs and milk, whip. Add all veggies, cheese, croutons and ham. Pour in casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (optional). Bake covered at 325 degrees for approximately one hour and 5 minutes, removing foil the last fifteen minutes to slightly brown.
