Ingredients
1 stick of butter1 cup of whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup buttermilk1 cup white flour
Directions
cut butter into next 4 ingredients. Add buttermilk and mix till wet and sloppy. Add the other cup of flour till a sticky dough then pat out on a floured surface and cut into biscuits. WARNING, too much handling of the dough and kneading will make the biscuits hard.

Bake in hot oven (425) for 12 minutes or until brown.
