Broccoli, Florets (4) or broccoli, sliced *Peppers, sweet, red and orange, fresh, 1/4 cup each, sliced Carrots, Bolthouse, MatchStixs, 1 oz Vinaigrette, Raspberry, 2 tbsp Mustard greens, frozen, 1/4 cup, chopped Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes(optional) Olive Oil, 1tsp
Cut all the vegetables into comparative sized strips.
Heat skillet over medium high heat and add the oil. Add the sliced vegetables and cook until peppers are tender. Reduce heat to medium and add pepper flakes, greens, and the vinaigrette and cook until the wine dissolves and greens wilt.
Serve hot.
