3 red potatoes1 medium onion2 large eggs1/4 cup flour1 tablespoon dried parsley1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black peppercanola oil
Directions
place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until fine consistancy. cook on a griddle with canola oil
