2 package lean ground turkey3 yellow squash, sliced small3 zucchini, sliced small2 large cans diced tomatoes2 can black beans,drained2 can kidney beans, drained1 packet chili seasoning1 med onion2 cans fat free beef broth4 celery stalks chopped1 green bell pepper2 jalapenos, cut smallMs.Dash spicy seasoningsGarlic saltSaltCayenne pepper flakesReal Jalapeno peppers (not slices)
Cook turkey and drain fat, add all ingredients at same time and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 min or until vegetables get tender. Add 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper flakes or use package of pepper flakes from pizza place, Ms.Dash spicy seasonings,salt,garlic salt- just enough for your liking. Makes approximately 20- 1cup serving and freezes well.....

SOUSRATURE
Great chili, I love the squash addition, but the calorie count is misleading. All those beans and turkey for 80 cals? I re-entered the ingredients assuming 1 "package" of lean ground turkey equals at least 1 pound of meat. Sorry folks, but this is at LEAST 160 calories per 1 cup serving! Yum tho. - 2/21/08
