Guacamole

Ingredients
6 small ripe avocado 3 tsp epicure minced garlic, (any dry minced or fresh minced garlic)3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Halve avocados, remove pits, scoop out the inside of the avocado. Mash, add garlic and lemon juice. Blend with mixer until smooth.

Serve with fresh vegetables or tortilla chips and salsa.
