Breakfast Egg Cup

Ingredients
Thinly Sliced Roast or Peppered Beef (or ham or turkey) from DeliWhole Raw EggChopped Bell Pepper, Onion, or any other vegetablecooking spray
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray metal muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Line muffin cup with slice of roast beef. Crack egg into the beef-lined muffin cup.(you can also break the egg into a bowl and mix first, if you prefer it scrambled). Top with 1tsp each of onions and peppers or other vegetables. Bake about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. EAT!!

Serving Size: Makes 1 - but make as many at a time as you like
