Asian Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
1 rack baby back pork ribs (about 2 lb)½ cup low-sodium soy sauce¼ cup honey¼ cup dry sherry1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger3 cloves garlic, minced½ teaspoon dried rosemary leaves1 green onion, chopped
Directions
Cut ribs into 3-rib sections, and arrange in a
small (4-5 quart) slow cooker. Combine soy
sauce, honey, sherry, ginger, garlic and
rosemary in small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 7 hours
or until tender. Sprinkle with green onion before
serving.

    My variations: I didn't use Ginger because my hubby is allergic to it. I used everything else. I do not have a slow cooker, so I Baked it for 2hrs and then broiled it for an hour. The texture come out great. The meat just melted right off of the bone with one bite. - 7/28/13
