Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c old fashioned oats1/4 c fat free cottage cheese3 egg whitestsp ground cinnamontsp stevia1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pulse briefly until mixed but oat pieces remain intact. Spray pre-warmed skilled with nonstick spray. Pour 1/3 of batter on center of skillet. Flip when skillet side is browned and pancake is cohesive.
