Ingredients

1.5 boneless skinless chicken breast, still frozen9 ice cubes4 tbsp egg white powder
Cut boneless skinless chicken into 1" cubes.
Crush ice cubes.
Place all ingredients into blender and puree.
Scoop into a ketchup bottle or other large tipped bottle.
Bring pot of water to boil and then turn down heat. Squeeze chicken paste into boiling water and allow it to cook for a few minutes. Remove from pot and repeat until the paste is all used up.
Serving Size: makes 2 servings
