Broccoli Capsicum curry

Ingredients
1.5 cups diced Broccoli 3/4 cup diced cauliflower1 cup diced capsicum1 cup diced tomatoes1/4 cup chopped onions2 to 3 green chilliesfew curry leaveschopped cilantro2 tbsp Canola oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp ginger garlic paste1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Directions
Take diced broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl pour in little water, add salt and turmeric and microwave for 10 min. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, let them splutter then add green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Cook onions until translucent and then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell is gone. Add Capsicum, fry for a min and then add tomatoes, cook little until tomatoes start getting tender. Then add cauliflower and broccoli also and bring all together. Add little salt and cook for 2 more minutes and then sprinkle cilantro, toss all together and turn off the heat. I use this curry to make rolls with my protein chapathi.
