Oatmeal Banana Bran Muffins (Low Fat)

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Egg white, 1 Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup Bananas,3 mashedApplesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cupRaisins, 1 cup (not packed) Mini Chocolate chips, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mash Banana's and add remaining wet ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients and then raisins and chocolate chips. Pour batter into muddin tins and bake for 20 - 25 mnutes at 350 Degrees. Makes 18 muffins.

    I want to try these, but I have a question about the apple sauce. Is it 1 cup of apple sauce or half a cup? I looked in the Ingredients details, and there it has listed 1/2 cup and 3/4 cup of apple sauce. - 5/13/09
