Pumpkin Pie "Bread Pudding" in a Mug

Ingredients
- 1-2 slices of bread (I used 2 slices of Rudolph's Seven Grain Bread)- 1 large egg- 2tbsp Pure Pumpkin Puree- 2tbsp Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk- Drop of Vanilla Extract- Cinnamon- Pumpkin Pie Spice- Pinch of nutmeg
Directions
- Cube bead and place in mug
- Mix egg, milk, pumpkin, and spices together
- Pour egg mixture over bread vand make sure all bread is coated
- Microwave for 1-2minutes
- If desired, drizzle with a sweetner like syrup
