Black Bean Soup with Smoked Turkey, Crock Pot

Ingredients
1.5 cups dry black beans, rinsed and soaked overnight (yields about 3 cups cooked beans)1 smoked turkey wing, whole1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes with juice3 cups chicken stock, defatted1/2 cup onion, raw, chopped3 garlic cloves, sliced or chopped1 cup water------saltpepper
Directions
Rinse and soak beans overnight. Place in crock pot, add all other ingredients except salt and pepper. Nestle turkey wing down into the beans. Turn crock pot on high, cover and simmer till done. Time will vary according to your crock pot.
Add salt and pepper at the end to adjust seasoning.
