Spiced Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 Tbsp. olive oil2 plump garlic cloves, crushed or minced1 tsp paprika/ 1 tsp. ground cumin for sprinklingsalt and pepper to season
Directions
-Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet. Mix the oil and garlic, pour over chickpeas, stirring.
-Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes stirring often so they cook evenly
-When thoroughly heated and roasted, dry on paper towels then toss while still warm with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
-Eat while warm or store in an airtight jar in a cool place for up to 2 weeks.
**These are delicious and can be done with fresh shelled sweet peas and edamame (soybeans)
