Vegan sugar free carrot cake cookies

1C raw walnut pieces1C rolled oats1/2C raisins1/2C dried cranberries1/2C whole wheat pastry flour1& 1/4t. baking powder1& 1/4t. cinnamon1/2t. ginger2 carrots grated1 apple grated1 very ripe banana mashed1/4C soy or non dairy milk
Preheat oven to 350
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment
Combine walnuts, oats, raisins and cranberries in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in flour, baking powder and spices.
Add carrots, apple, banana and milk and stir until combined.
Drop by rounded tablespoon making 24 mounds. Press lightly with a fork to flatten slightly.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
