Rotel Mexican Velveeta Dip

Ingredients
1 lb Velveeta1 10-oz can of Rotel Mexican Style, lime &cilantro1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Makes 8 3-oz servings

1. chop velveeta into medium chunks
2. over medium-low heat, empty can of rotel with all juices into meduim pot
3. when juices start to boil, add velveeta slowly; a few pieces at a time while slowly stirring. DO NOT ADD ALL AT ONCE.
4. continue to heat until velveeta has melted and rotel is incorporated, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
