Easy Crockpot Chili I

1 lb. ground turkey (85/15)1 medium sweet onion, diced1/2 large green bell pepper14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, with water16 oz can Refried beans, fat free1 packet Chili Seasoning1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)salt and pepper, to taste
-Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over med-high heat until no longer pink.
-While turkey is browning, dice the onion and bell pepper; add to crockpot.
-Add cooked ground turkey and remaining ingredients to crock pot, plus 1/2 can of water. Stir to combine.
-Cook in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Adjust seasoning before serving.
Serving Size: Serves 8
