Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Turkey3 egg whites1 cup Oatmeal1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin1/2 tsxp dried thyme2 tsp dry yellow mustard2 tsp black pepper2 tsp chipotle pepper spice1 tsp salt2 tbsp. garlic powder1 small onion finely finely chopped (I used dried onion)2 celery stalks finely choppedPreheat over to 375spray muffin pan with canola or olive oilMix all your ingredients together in one large bowlRoll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan. Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.Bake for 40 minutesMakes 12 muffins80 calories per muffin (per recipe) serving size 2 muffins for women
