Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder1/3 cup AP flour1/3 cup quick oats1 gram packet stevia powder1 tsp baking powder1 banana, mashed1/4 cup egg substitute1 tbsp fat free yogurt
Directions
combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add banana, yogurt, and egg. Mix to combine.
Preheat a fry pan, spray with non stick cooking spray. Spoon about 1/2 cup batter into pan. Cook til brown, flip pancake, cook about another minute or two, until cake is done.
Makes 3 pancakes.
